All items are made to order, which means we print and produce them specifically for you after you place an order.

💳 2. Orders & Payments

All prices listed are in INR (₹) and inclusive of applicable taxes.

Payments must be completed at checkout before your order goes into production.

Purp Ink reserves the right to cancel or refuse orders suspected of fraud, unauthorized payment, or stock errors.

In case of cancellation from our end, a full refund will be processed within 7–10 business days.
🧵 3. Product Information

All our products are printed using Direct-to-Garment (DTG) and other digital methods.

Colors may slightly vary between digital mockups and actual fabric prints due to screen differences.

Size tolerance of ±0.5 inches is standard for all apparel products.
We make every effort to display our products as accurately as possible but cannot guarantee color accuracy on every device.
📦 4. Shipping & Delivery

Orders are typically processed and shipped within 3–7 business days after payment.

Shipping times vary based on location and courier partners.

Once an order is dispatched, Purp Ink cannot change the shipping address.

Delivery delays caused by courier services, natural events, or unforeseen circumstances are beyond our control.
Tracking details are provided via email once your order ships.
🔁 5. Returns, Replacements & Refunds
All products are made to order; hence, we do not accept returns for size, fit, or change of mind.
You may request a replacement/refund only if:

The product is damaged, defective, or misprinted.

You report the issue within 7 days of delivery.

You provide an unboxing video and clear photos of the damaged item and packaging.

All Purp Ink designs, logos, and creative assets are protected under copyright and intellectual property laws.

If you upload or submit any custom artwork, you confirm that you own the rights or have permission to use it.

Purp Ink is not responsible for copyright violations arising from user-submitted designs.
